Wanda needs to leave her world for a little while so with fluxing into this place, she would be happy to take it on for at least six months.
How do you plan to expand their CR?
Meet people who aren't afraid of her powers is a great thing.

His picture burned in her pocket. Pietro. When they processed her for the prison, they took him away. She nearly tore the entire prison apart when they did that. It was as if they were taking him away from her all over again. When Sokovia fell, when he had been riddled with--
Wanda shut her eyes and reached into her pocket, patting the piece of paper. No matter where she went, no matter what would happen to her, she would always have her brother at her side. Her twin. She wondered if she could almost hear him sometimes. But now, now, standing in this place, away from the lush jungles of Wakanda, she wondered if he could hear her as well. That he had answered her wish and prayer to get away from that place, from being a fugitive yet again.
She raised a shaking hand and flexed her fingers. The gifts that had been given to her to avenge Tony had become something far more deadly, something far more treasured than her captors had ever imagined. A small, electrical sphere of red danced across her flexed fingers before disappearing. Would Vision approve? Would he not? Would Steve approve and know that this might be better for her while he sought out the care for the Winter Soldier? There was too much at stake. Perhaps this was simply a blessing that she had been taken away from the world she knew. A new start, perhaps somewhere that she couldn't hurt others with her powers or locked away because of it. Perhaps where people wouldn't be afraid of her.
She took out the crumpled photo from her pocket. People come and go but she would always have her brother, he swore once. No matter what happened to them, she would always have Pietro. In life, in death, on Earth, or other worlds.

This place seems to almost be too good to be real. Tell me, is anyone here from Sokovia? If you are, have you seen a man named Pietro Maximoff? He is tall, has a light voice and likes to laugh at things.
[she shakes her head. Hope seems to bubble up in her chest that perhaps she could see him again.]
There are other people here with powers. Are they also enhanced? And perhaps, if they are, could you tell me how they are? How they have received their powers? If they also...if they have been met with fear or praise for their powers?
[She seems a little sad at that then she cuts the video feed with a frown.]
